Silver Heights Family Red 2020

Silver Heights is the family winery of Emma Gao in the foothills of the Helan Mountains, Ningxia. Fresh, fruit-driven Bordeaux-style red.

Tasting notes (retailer): Dark cherries, charcoal, olives, black beans and red capsicums with a stemmy note. Bold pyrazine characters here but the good thing is that you get the natural freshness on the palate with tight, slightly steely tannins.
