PIERRE JEAN COLOMBARD CHARDONNAY 2025

A bright, easy-drinking dry white from the Côtes de Gascogne in south-west France, blending Colombard with Chardonnay.

Pierre Jean wines are made to pair modern techniques with long-standing tradition: the vines are carefully tended and each wine is handcrafted for full flavour and distinctive character. Bottled in France by Grande Cave d'Albret.

Tasting notes: Brilliant pale yellow with glints of gold. Aromas of ripe apple and pear, with the Chardonnay adding a hint of tropical fruit. Light-bodied and crisp, with fresh citrus on the finish.

Food pairing: Salads, pizza, pan-seared seafood, steamed fish, mildly spicy dishes and fried snacks, or on its own as an aperitif. Serve chilled at 10–12°C.
