Montes Sparkling Angel Brut NV

Montes Sparkling Angel is a Brut sparkling wine from Viña Montes' Zapallar vineyard in Aconcagua Costa, Chile, just 11 km from the Pacific Ocean. The coastal climate and clay-loam soils of granitic origin give intense, well-balanced fruit.

It is made by the traditional method (méthode champenoise), the way Champagne is made, and rests on its lees for 36 months, far longer than most sparkling wines. The result is a subtle, sumptuous sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles and notes of walnuts, dried fruits and bread crumbs.

Tasting notes (producer): Bright straw yellow with a slightly golden tone. Delicate and sumptuous on the palate, with notes of nuts, dried fruits and bread crumbs.
