Mitolo GAM Shiraz 2021

Mitolo is Frank Mitolo's McLaren Vale estate. Rich, concentrated reds.

Tasting note (The Real Review): “Deepest ruby red colour. Black cherry, dry loam and ironstone aromas. Palate is full but has a lift of acidity that gives a sense of freshness to the ripe blue and black fruits. As it lingers there’s a dusty dark earth note and hints of anise and bitter chocolate. Tannins are finely built, carrying it long and building as it heads to the finish”
