La Poderina Rosso di Montalcino is a younger sibling of Brunello. Fresh, cherry-fruited Sangiovese.

Tasting note (James Suckling): “Spicy and smoky with licorice and a whiff of graphite, combined with red cherries and sweet violets. Light- to medium-bodied, it shows very good grip with energy on the palate and firm, grainy tannins that deserve time for better integration.”
