Jacquesson's Cuvée 748, built on the 2020 harvest. The Dizy house numbers each blend rather than making a standard non-vintage, and bottles it with very low dosage.
Tasting notes (retailer): Aromas of wild berries, brioche, grapefruit, salted nuts and hints of ginger from this delightfully complex Champagne. Its dry and well structured on the palate, with bright acidity and tight bubbles. Spicy at the end.
Region: Champagne, France
Style: Extra Brut Champagne (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier)
Vintage: NV · Size: 750ml · Colour: Sparkling
18+ only. Enjoy responsibly.
