Tasting note (Wine Spectator): “Best Troplong ever. Impressive dark color and loads of mineral, berry and spice aromas lead to a full-bodied and very tannic (though the tannins are fine) mouthful. Very closed and tight now, this needs time to come around. Try in 2000.”
