Château Pavie is a Premier Grand Cru Classé on the south slopes of Saint-Émilion, owned by Gérard Perse. Powerful, rich and dense.

Tasting notes (retailer): Rich and opulent, displaying ripe blackberry, black cherry and plum with liquorice, mocha, spice and mineral notes. Full-bodied and concentrated, with velvety tannins and a long, powerful finish.
