Château Bellevue Mondotte is a tiny Saint-Émilion property owned by the Gérard Perse family of Pavie. Low yields give a dense, concentrated and rare wine.

Tasting note (James Suckling): “This is the last year of this pure merlot because it is now part of Chateau Pavie. Lovely aromas of currants, black olives and chocolate follow through to a medium body with beautiful texture and flavors. Juicy finish.”
