Bindi is a small family estate in the Macedon Ranges. Dixon is its fragrant, fine-boned Pinot Noir.

Tasting notes (retailer): Fragrant and refined, with fresh red cherry, raspberry and cranberry fruit layered with floral, spice and subtle earthy notes. The palate is elegant and energetic, with fine tannins, bright acidity and a savoury, persistent finish.
