Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve from the family house in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. Fresh, fruit-forward and finely balanced.

Tasting notes (retailer): Plenty of ripe strawberries and wild raspberries on the nose here. Really attractive and vibrant in the mouth with fresh wild strawberries. It also shows a fleshy, fresh-fruit texture.
