Goods sold are non-returnable nor exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are advised to check that you have received your goods in good order and condition.
Any defects, wrong product delivered, corked wines should be made known to us (by phone or email) within 3 working days from the date of receipt of goods.
For rightful claims, we will offer a refund on the damaged / defective product within 3 working days from the date of receipt of complaint.
We will arrange for the collection of the defective product at our cost.
