Our Peated Single Malt Whisky has been made using a peat hand collected from a unique region in the South West of Western Australia known as the ‘Valley of the Giants’. The Giants, being the rare and majestic 400-year-old red tingle trees that are native to this area and grow nowhere else in the world. The peat from this area is distinctively Australian due to its botanical composition.
Matured in an American oak ex-bourbon barrels, our Peated Whisky exhibits spice and floral aromas when neat, a splash of water unleashes malted barley and intense complex smoky aromas.
Each unique barrel will exhibit its own unique characteristics, creating slight variation from batch to batch.
