Imayotsukasa was founded in 1767. At Imayotsukasa, only Niigata’s natural “Suganadake” spring water is used to make sake. Using this water and high quality sake rice, the sake is made with great care and has a strong, delicious flavor, even when compared to other dry sake.
A gentle aroma of peaches, rose with hints of rainfall. Supremely elegant and pure in its flavors, with a light mouthfeel, and detailed structure throughout.
Very easy to drink Junmai Daiginjo which is very clean, light and dry. Excellent Pairing with cheese and sashimi.
