WAKATSURU is a traditional sake brewery that has been brewing sake for about 150 years in the Tonami area of Toyama prefecture.
In addition to sake, they have been producing whiskey using clear local spring water for 50 years.
It brings citrus fruits together with gentle vanilla, wasabi spice, black pepper and sticky toffee to create a fantastic drinking experience.
