5 cl Oz Puerto De Indias Pure Black Gin.
20 cl Premium Tonic.
Fresh Orange.
Ice.
Preparation
Fill the glass with ice and swirl to chill the glass. Discard the remaining water. Add a few sliced fresh orange Pour in the gin and top up the glass with tonic while stirring gently with spoon.
Puerto Pink Pepper
Ingredients
5 cl Puerto de Indias Pure Black Edition gin.
20 cl pink pepper tonic
Mini roses
Twist of lemon
Ice
Pink pepper.
Preparation
Fill the glass to the brim with ice, chill and strain any excess water, add the Pure Black Edition gin, gently pour the pink pepper tonic and stir slowly to blend. Finally, add the twist of lemon and the pink pepper.
Puerto French 75
Ingredients
4.5 cl Gin
6 cl Cold cava
1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
7.5 g Sugar
One piece of lemon rind
Ice
Preparation
Fill the glass to the brim with ice, chill it and strain any excess water. Add the Puerto de Indias Pure Black gin. Gently pour in the cava and one tablespoon of lemon juice and sugar and stir to blend. Finally, decorate with a piece of lemon rind.
