Delivery And Returns


Delivery Lead Time
We endeavour to deliver your goods to you within 3-5 working days.

Please take note of the “Estimated delivery date” indicated in the product description and your order confirmation.

Express Delivery
Express same day delivery can be arranged from Monday to Friday (before 12pm).
Orders made after 12pm on Weekdays for Express Delivery will be delivered the next working day.
An express surcharge applies.

Delivery Charges

Normal Service

  • Delivery is free for orders $100 and above
  • For orders below $100, a delivery charge of $5.35 per location applies.

Express Service

  • For orders $300 and above, express delivery can be arranged for free.
  • For orders $100 and above: $17.12 per location
  • For orders below $100: $17.12 per location

Weight Limitations

  • For orders above 10kg, a $5 surcharge will apply.

Location Surcharge

  • For orders to Sentosa, Sungei Gedong, Lim Chua Kang, Pulau Ubin, Jurong Island and NTU, a $25 surcharge will apply

Delivery Hours
Delivery Service is available from Mondays to Saturdays from 10am to 10pm.

Failed Delivery
We will make one additional delivery attempt free, in case you are not at home to receive it. Following which, we will impose a re-delivery charge of $5.35.

Singapore Law on Sale of Alcohol
By Singapore Law, no persons under the age of 18 may purchase or consume alcohol. We reserve the rights to refuse delivery of goods to persons under 18 years old or if we have strong reasons to infer that the products may be consumed by minors. We may request to view and verify your identification card during delivery.


No Returns nor Exchange
Goods sold are non-returnable nor exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Kindly check your orders upon receipt
You are advised to check that you have received your goods in good order and condition.

Defects, Wrong Product Delivered, Corked Wines
Any defects, wrong product delivered, corked wines should be made known to us (by phone or email) within 3 working days from the date of receipt of goods.
For rightful claims, we will offer a refund on the damaged / defective product within 3 working days from the date of receipt of complaint.
We will arrange for the collection of the defective product at our cost.
