Delivery And Returns
DELIVERY
Delivery Lead Time
We endeavour to deliver your goods to you within 3-5 working days.
Please take note of the “Estimated delivery date” indicated in the product description and your order confirmation.
Express Delivery
Express same day delivery can be arranged from Monday to Friday (before 12pm).
Orders made after 12pm on Weekdays for Express Delivery will be delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday). No delivery will be made on Public holiday
Delivery Charges
Normal Service
- Standard delivery is free for orders $100 and above.
- For orders below $100, a delivery charge of $5.35 per location will be applied.
Express Service
- For orders $300 and above, express delivery can be arranged for free (subject to driver availability).
- For orders below $300: a $17.12 per location charge will be applied.
Weight Limitations
- For orders above 10kg, a $5 surcharge will apply.
Location Surcharge
- For orders to Sentosa, Sungei Gedong, Lim Chua Kang, Pulau Ubin, Jurong Island and NTU, a $25 surcharge will apply
Delivery Hours
Standard Delivery Service is available for booking from Monday to Friday. Deliveries will be made on any day between Monday to Sunday – 9am to 10pm. We are not able to control the timeslot of delivery for standard deliveries.
Express Delivery Service is available for booking from Monday to Friday. Express service is only available for deliveries between 10am to 7pm on Weekdays or 10am to 12pm on Saturday (check with us if your requested window is our of that time range). Please do let us know a 4 hour window for delivery in the remarks section (e.g. 10am to 2pm, 11am to 3pm, 12pm to 4pm, 1pm to 5pm, etc).
Failed Delivery
We will make one additional delivery attempt free, in case you are not at home to receive it. Following which, we will impose a re-delivery charge of $5.35 for standard delivery. There will not be any re-delivery attempt made for express delivery and your charge (if any) will be forfeited if no one is there to receive the delivery.
Singapore Law on Sale of Alcohol
By Singapore Law, no persons under the age of 18 may purchase or consume alcohol. We reserve the rights to refuse delivery of goods to persons under 18 years old or if we have strong reasons to infer that the products may be consumed by minors. We may request to view and verify your identification card during delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
No Returns nor Exchange
Goods sold are non-returnable nor exchangeable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Kindly check your orders upon receipt
You are advised to check that you have received your goods in good order and condition.
Defects, Wrong Product Delivered, Corked Wines
Any defects, wrong product delivered, corked wines should be made known to us (by phone or email) within 3 working days from the date of receipt of goods.
For rightful claims, we will offer a refund on the damaged / defective product within 3 working days from the date of receipt of complaint.
We will arrange for the collection of the defective product at our cost.
We apologise in advance for the inconvenience caused.
